Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jakarta for a concert or event at the Expo. It's really close—just a 3-minute, very affordable taxi ride away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, the rooms are always clean, and the bed is super comfortable. I accidentally left my jacket at the hotel, and they kindly delivered it to another location without any hassle—I’m truly grateful for their responsiveness and helpfulness. They also accommodated my early check-in and had the room ready ahead of time, which was a big plus.

I don't usually stay at high end hotels, considering them poor value for money, but this hotel was exceptional. Spacious room, fantastic friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet. Big shout out to Della on the front desk who arranged an upgrade for me for my extension stay so I didn't need to return to the hotel midday to change rooms. Only very slight negative was my phone appeared incompatible with the WiFi in my room, although other devices worked just fine, and my phone worked fine in the lobby, a problem we couldn't resolve. C'est la vie, no biggy. Will definitely return..

Really nice hotel especially for the price. We ended up booking here last minute after having to leave another place due to hygiene and although we arrived here later in the evening the staff were really friendly at check in and happy to help. Our room was so spacious and comfy with an amazing shower. It was also nice and clean. The breakfast was very tasty with a good variation of local and western cuisine and plenty of options. The location was slightly further away from some of the main sites of Jakarta but we actually found the city not so walkable anyway apart from in certain areas so this wasn't really an issue as a train or taxi was easier to get around!

The staff were really friendly and it made our stay enjoyable. The service was excellent and everything was clean to perfection. Thanks to all the staff. We will definitely be back to Grand Orchardz.

Clean and comfortable.. Good location to go to JI expo.. 10 mins on foot and 5 mins by taxi.. There is free shuttle to exhibition center when there is exhibition but it doesn't run every day..ask lobby..
